The Southend Wind Orchestra is a renowned performing ensemble consisting exclusively of woodwind family instruments, including flutes, oboes, clarinets, bassoons, and saxophones.
Founded in 2002 by Musical Director David Clark, the orchestra initially started as a full concert band before transitioning to a woodwind-only ensemble in 2016. Since then, they've built a reputation for excellence, contributing significantly to the local music scene.
