Fractured Party People: a Movie by Ben West

World premiere of a documentary diving into the story of Colchester punk band PET NEEDS and the global community built around them.

From humble beginnings in a flat in The Hythe. Colchester to travelling the world playing to hundreds of thousands of people, this documentary focuses on both the creation of PET NEEDS' 2024 top 20 album, "Intermittent Fast Living" and the organic growth of the "Fractured Party People".

Part fan group, part street team, part community organisers, "Fractured Party People" collaborate from all over the world to make amazing things happen. This is the story of how and why so many people have come together to lift up a Colchester band and support each other. The documentary will be followed by a live interview and Q+A with the band by Total Rock's Diamond Dave, finishing with a PET NEEDS acoustic set.
