Keep Colchester Cool Presents

Colchester Arts Centre, 26 Jun 2026

Gasoline Green + Simon Craze + Tom Corbyn

Colchester's GASOLINE GREEN blend experimental indie rock, folk and alternative sounds into something entirely their own. Led by multi-instrumentalist Tyler Baker, the project takes inspiration from artists as varied as King Crimson, Swans, Richard Dawson and Bob Dylan. Expect thoughtful songwriting, adventurous arrangements and songs that move between intimate folk moments and expansive sonic landscapes.

Singer-songwriter SIMON CRAZE has spent the past five years completing his Input Process Output trilogy, culminating in the release of Let Him Have It. Drawing on acoustic, folk and alternative influences, his songs explore change, relationships and life's ups and downs through honest songwriting and memorable melodies. Simon is a familiar and respected figure on the local music scene.

Originally from Clacton-on-Sea, TOM CORBYN started out in mod band The Noize, playing venues across Essex and on London's Camden circuit. He has been writing and performing original music ever since, following his own path and drawing on a wide range of influences. His latest release, Damn, was recorded at SS2 Studios and is best described as "funky techno grunge".

DJ support comes from Ben Howard (Keep Colchester Cool).
