With each album, Godsticks has pushed the boundaries of their genre, culminating in the genre-redefining prog metal masterpiece, ‘Emergence,’ in 2015. This album catapulted them to international fame and led to their signing with Kscope.
Their subsequent albums, ‘Faced With Rage’ (2017) and ‘Inescapable’ (2020), have received critical acclaim for their chugging guitar riffs, intricate solos, and driving rhythm section. Total Guitar Magazine has praised their “technically astounding prog-metal replete with hooks and melodies.”
