Step into the sparkle and swing of jazz’ most beloved partnerships as two of the UK’s most captivating vocalists, Marvin Muoneke and Lydia Bell, come together for an evening of timeless duets and irresistible musical chemistry.

Regular collaborators with the acclaimed Down for the Count Orchestra, Marvin and Lydia have performed together on prestigious stages across the UK, from Glasgow Royal Concert Hall to Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club. Now, they bring that shared artistry into the intimate setting of the jazz club, where their connection, humour and storytelling can be experienced up close.

Marvin’s unforgettably rich, velvety baritone, steeped in the traditions of Sinatra and Nat King Cole, meets Lydia’s luminous, classic jazz voice, praised for its ability to transport the listener back in time. Together, they bring fresh life to beloved standards from the golden age of swing, blending elegance, playfulness and a genuine love for the music.

Stylish, heartfelt and full of character, Cheek to Cheek is an evening of great songs, from the famous duets of Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong to the lesser known Carmen McRae and Sammy Davis Jr. Expect great company, and the timeless pleasure of live jazz at its finest.

Praise for Lydia Bell
“Lydia Bell always has the ability not only to get the timing and phrasing just right on anything she sings, but somehow can make you believe that you have stepped back in time with her to the 1950s”- Arts Review Edinbugh
